Catering has been our primary business for more than thirty years.  Along our journey we have also housed cafés and a bakery and imported quality teas. During the years we have gained experience by arranging a considerable number of happenings and special events. Christmas parties, gala dinners, cocktail parties, barbeques and paella fiestas, openings and many more business and private events have been successfully organised by us to the pleasure of satisfied customers in and around Helsinki.

Where it all started

In the mid-1980s we bought the Esso petrol station I Nikkilä, in Sipoo. The station’s café developed into a popular place with lunch service and shortly after that it also got its own bakery. It did not take long before the customers begun asking for catering services. After several well organised events and hence a growing demand for catering services, Runda Munken Catering was born.
